As a live chat support agent, you will be an integral part of arenaflex's customer support team, working closely with other team members to provide seamless and personalized support to customers.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated live chat support agent to join our team. As a live chat support agent, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting business growth through live chat interactions. This is a remote contract position with no fixed term, offering a competitive hourly rate of $25 to $35, depending on your level of experience and expertise.

Responsibilities

As a live chat support agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

Live Chat Support

+ Respond to live chat messages on a business's website or social media accounts in a timely and accurate manner. + Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly. + Offer discounts and promotional codes to customers, adhering to company guidelines and ensuring accurate application. + Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support and efficient issue resolution.

Customer Service Excellence

+ Demonstrate exceptional written communication skills, providing clear and concise responses to customer inquiries. + Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly, actively listening to customers and working towards effective solutions. + Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

Collaboration and Efficiency

+ Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless customer support and efficient issue resolution. + Utilize available resources and tools to resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively. + Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements, contributing to the enhancement of the customer support team.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following necessary qualifications:

+ Possess a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions.

Independent Work Capability

+ Demonstrate self-motivation and a proactive approach to tasks, managing your own workload and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Adherence to Instructions

+ Closely follow provided steps and instructions, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy in executing tasks.

Availability

+ Be available for a minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work more if desired.

Reliable Internet Connection

+ Possess a reliable and stable internet connection, ensuring seamless communication with customers and efficient access to social media and website chat functions.
