Job Summary
As an Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate assistance to customers through our online chat platform. You'll work closely with our Online Chat Manager to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. This is a remote position, which means you'll have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a better work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support through our online chat platform, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
- Create relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
- Work collaboratively with our Online Chat Manager to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
- Demonstrate a strong ability to stay calm under pressure and provide enthusiastic customer service, even in high-volume situations
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or online chat environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong product knowledge and company information, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
