Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure that listings and support tickets are handled in a timely and efficient manner. Your excellent organizational skills, task management ability, and kind and helpful demeanor will make you an asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure that listings and support tickets are handled in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage your workload independently, taking responsibility for your tasks and ensuring that they are completed to a high standard
  • Collaborate with your teammate to provide 7-day-a-week coverage, including rotating weekends
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex by providing feedback and suggestions for improvement

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent organizational skills and task management ability

  • Ability to speak with customers in a kind and helpful manner
  • Native U.S. English speaker
  • Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

* Previous customer support experience

  • Familiarity with modern business tools, such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA
  • Experience working in a remote or online environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex
