Key Responsibilities

  • Take a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates, navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Communicate professionally in a conversational manner, utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word, to efficiently manage customer interactions and resolve issues.
  • Participate in mandatory training to ensure a comprehensive understanding of arenaflex's products, services, and policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and exceed customer expectations.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Successful completion of mandatory training.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word.
