Job Overview

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to type at a minimum of 30-35 words per minute, with accurate and efficient data entry skills
  • Up-to-date anti-virus protection installed, with a reliable computer and internet connection
