About the Role

In this Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative role, you will serve as a Retention Specialist, playing a vital part in the growth of our organization. Your primary objective will be to retain customers who are considering canceling their arenaflex services. You will handle a high volume of incoming calls, acting as an expert problem solver in a retention and sales capacity. Your goal will be to provide an award-winning customer experience, increasing brand loyalty and retaining customers for the long term.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize customer service and sales experience daily to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Persuade and upsell customers on the value of arenaflex, reducing frustration and displeasure to ultimately save customers
  • Handle back-to-back calls with care, empathy, and compassion, overcoming objections and de-escalating situations to ensure the best customer experience
  • Use attention to detail and active listening skills to uncover customer issues and concerns, asking the right questions to provide tailored solutions
  • Leverage exceptional de-escalation skills to resolve difficult escalated calls, identifying concerns and providing multiple offers to address customer needs
  • Retain long-term business for arenaflex through customer service commitments, providing the right solutions to save customers
  • Use proven problem-solving skills to quickly identify the cause of cancellation requests, creating quick calculations to negotiate the right solution with customers
  • Consistently improve performance and achieve goals, maintaining knowledge of arenaflex policies, products, services, and systems

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales role, with a focus on selling or saving customers
  • 2+ years of call center customer service/sales experience
  • High school diploma, GED, college degree, or some college experience
  • Ability to work with numerous screens and programs open to resolve customer issues
  • Experience in sales, customer retention, customer experience, and retaining customers' loyalty to a product or service
  • Ability to interpret contracts and communicate terms and conditions
  • Strong active listening and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in a retention or sales role, with a focus on customer service and problem-solving
  • Knowledge of the wireless industry, service capabilities, and other security companies
  • Experience with multitasking and using multiple tools to resolve customer issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • Full benefits on the 1st of the month after 31 days of employment
