Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling live chat inquiries on behalf of our clients, providing prompt and accurate responses to customer questions
  • Receiving thorough training on common customer inquiries and the appropriate responses to ensure you're well-prepared to represent our brand effectively
  • Utilizing social media and website chat functions to engage with customers and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
