Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service & Sales Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to potential and current customers
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Building strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and retention
- Utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- A minimum of 1-year sales experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and escalated issues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain customer and client confidentiality
- A laptop or desktop with Windows 10 (cannot be an Apple product, Surface, or Chromebook)
- Hardwire (plug-in) to your internet source with an ethernet cable
- USB headset (not wireless) with a noise-canceling microphone
- Webcam (external or embedded)
- Smartphone
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
