Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative to join our team in a 100% remote capacity in Indiana. Key Responsibilities

  • Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions
  • Upsell products and features, emphasizing the benefits and value proposition to our customers
  • Demonstrate excellent soft skills to deliver exceptional customer service experiences

  • Navigate multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy, ensuring seamless customer interactions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 MBPS (no satellite)
  • A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone
  • To be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
  • A quiet, secured workspace that meets our security and privacy standards
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a professional and positive attitude
  • Courteous telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills
  • Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting, with the ability to thrive in a highly structured environment
  • Open availability, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers
