Job Summary

We are currently seeking experienced Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our Customer Support Center team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient support and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and service. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately entering patient orders and related medical information into our company software application
  • Making timely updates and corrections to patient orders as needed
  • Effectively communicating with healthcare professionals and patients to resolve issues and provide support
  • Working closely with existing patients to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and dispatch corrective action via the appropriate departments within the organization
  • Managing both inbound and outbound phone calls in a positive and professional manner
  • Reading and analyzing documents such as patient orders and carrying out oral and written instructions
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Computer entry experience and proficiency in using software applications
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active-listening skills
  • Ability to prioritize issues and respond accordingly in a fast-paced environment
  • Time-management and organizational skills necessary to effectively manage multiple expectations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This position requires the use of your own equipment, and you will need to meet the following technology requirements:

  • High-speed internet with a minimum of 50 mbps download and 20 mbps upload
  • Ethernet port or adaptor and a hard-wired connection to the internet (Wi-Fi is not supported)
  • Processor: 1.6 GHz or greater
  • Memory: Minimum of 8 GB RAM
  • Browser: Chrome or Edge
  • Operating System: Windows 10 or 11 (no Chromebooks or Macs)
  • Dual monitors
  • Headset and webcam or internal camera (wired, USB) for use during training and interviews
  • Private HIPAA-compliant workspace in a non-shared room of your residence
