As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers who are looking for advice on everything from finding their new pet to selecting the perfect toy. You'll be the go-to expert for our customers, providing solutions to their problems, and exceeding their expectations. What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Connecting directly with customers who reach out to us for various reasons, from assisting them with finding their new pet to resolving critical issues.
  • Conducting thorough examinations and issue resolution to provide suitable solutions to customers, thinking proactively, and setting follow-up meetings on a case-by-case basis to ensure contact resolution.
  • Working with empathy, using undivided attention, persistence, sympathy, and thoughtfulness to customers and colleagues alike.
  • Being open to learning and growth, sharing feedback, receiving input, and working in a culture of receptivity to develop.
  • Collaborating with partners, your immediate supervisor, and other colleagues across various levels of the organization using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and webcams to contribute to an engaging customer-driven culture of cooperation.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and listening) in a written evaluation
  • Ability to multitask (e.g., keeping a conversation on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes) and perform well in a high-speed environment
  • Proficiency in using computers, both for data entry and navigation through systems and the web to find information to assist with supporting our customers
  • Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the organization
  • Flexibility to move your schedule and stay at work past 40 hours depending on the situation by the specialty unit
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive data
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a personal investigation

Technical Requirements

* A workspace that is sufficiently large to accommodate computer screens and is free from distractions, including any background noise that affects the customer experience

  • A workspace suitable for webcam use
  • A solid wired, high-speed internet and broadband connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/10 Mbps+ upload speed) (You can test your internet speed at speedtest.net or by contacting your service provider)
  • You provide rapid internet; we'll provide all the other essentials (computer, screen, keyboard, mouse, headset, webcam)
