Job Responsibilities

As a full stack data scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leveraging advanced data science techniques to drive business growth and improvement. Your expertise will be essential in building and deploying predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and data visualizations to inform business decisions. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Building and deploying predictive models: You'll design and implement advanced predictive models using techniques such as regression, decision trees, and neural networks to drive business growth and improvement.
• Developing machine learning algorithms: You'll develop and deploy machine learning algorithms to extract insights from complex data sets and turn them into actionable strategies.
• Data visualization and communication: You'll create data visualizations and communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is on the same page.
• Collaboration and teamwork: You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders to define product requirements and provide analytical support.
• Cloud computing and data engineering: You'll design and implement cloud-based data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes to support advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives.
• Agile methodologies and version control: You'll work in an agile environment, using tools like GitHub and continuous integration and delivery to manage code and collaborate with team members.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field: A degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field is required.
• 4+ years of experience in data science: You'll need a strong background in data science, with experience working with large-scale datasets and developing predictive models.
• Advanced experience in Python and SQL: You'll need to be proficient in Python and SQL, with experience working with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks: You'll need experience working with machine learning frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Cloud computing experience: You'll need experience working with cloud-based platforms like Azure, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills: You'll need to be able to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• Ph.D. in a quantitative field: A Ph.D. in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field would be an asset.
• Experience with IoT and Edge AI: Experience working with IoT and Edge AI would be a valuable asset.
• Experience in healthcare: Experience working in the healthcare industry would be beneficial.
