Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently, empathetically, and effectively
  • Providing product information, recommendations, and solutions to meet customer needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and support skills
  • Adhering to arenaflex policies, procedures, and quality standards

Key Performance Indicators:

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
  • Quality Monitoring (QM) score: 90% or higher

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-1 year of customer support experience in a retail or e-commerce environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and ticketing systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer-centric environment with a focus on customer satisfaction

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous improvement principles
  • Experience with customer feedback and survey tools
  • Certification in customer support or a related field
