About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing assistance with their travel needs and ensuring their experiences are seamless and enjoyable. You will work closely with our airport operations team to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service. Your expertise will be essential in creating a positive and memorable experience for our clients, driving loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chats from clients, providing timely and accurate assistance with their travel needs
- Resolve client issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with airport operations team to ensure smooth airport operations and resolve any issues that may arise
- Provide information and assistance to clients on flight schedules, fares, and travel requirements
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
What We're Looking For
* High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus)
- Familiarity with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and handle luggage, and travel to different countries for training
- Willingness to work any shift assigned, including late evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Legally authorized to work in Puerto Rico without sponsorship
- Ability to meet organization participation guidelines and uniform and appearance standards
- Valid identification and U.S. visa
What Will Set You Apart
* Previous experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality
- Four-year college degree
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in multiple languages
- Familiarity with airline operations and travel requirements
