About the Role

We're seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic customer service professionals who are passionate about providing top-notch support to our clients and their customers. As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer calls, resolving issues and providing exceptional service
  • Take messages, record, and relay information on behalf of our clients
  • Provide accurate and efficient responses to customer inquiries
  • Navigate appointment scheduling, answer questions, and serve as the front line for our clients
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:

  • Live in Georgia (remote work opportunities available)
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Have a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, private workspace (if working remotely)
  • Be able to connect your computer equipment directly to the router (wi-fi not an option)

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience (call center experience a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a remote call center environment
  • Knowledge of call center software and technology
  • Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills
  • Experience working in a family-owned business or similar environment
