What to Expect

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as the strategic customer success manager for assigned enterprise healthcare clients, including pharmaceutical and insurance companies, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with clients to evaluate qualitative and quantitative data to drive business improvement using arenaflex's platform, ensuring meaningful outcomes and business success
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and conducting meetings to ensure clients achieve their goals and objectives
  • Working closely with other teams to enhance the customer experience and mitigate risks, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
  • Identifying opportunities for upsells and expansion in collaboration with the Revenue Team, driving business growth and revenue expansion

What We Require

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Informatics, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in healthcare technology and business principles
  • At least 5 years of experience in a B2B client-facing role, such as Account Manager or Customer Success Manager, showcasing your ability to build strong relationships and drive business growth
  • Strong interpersonal skills across all levels of an organization, enabling you to communicate effectively and build trust with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven experience leading large, cross-functional projects, demonstrating your ability to manage complex initiatives and drive results
  • Experience with web applications and adaptability to new technologies in a fast-paced environment, ensuring you're equipped to navigate the ever-evolving healthcare technology landscape

How to Stand Out

To take your career to the next level, consider the following preferred qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of SaaS experience, demonstrating your expertise in software-as-a-service solutions and customer success strategies
  • At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including pharmaceutical, provider, or health insurance/payer, showcasing your knowledge and passion for healthcare technology
  • Strong skills in data synthesis, including interpretation and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data, enabling you to drive business growth and customer satisfaction through data-driven insights
