Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter data from insurance claims and authorization requests into the system, adhering to established data entry guidelines and meeting high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Navigate efficiently through imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry, utilizing strong technical skills and attention to detail.
  • Differentiate between various claim types and apply appropriate data entry guidelines, demonstrating a strong understanding of insurance claims processing principles.
  • Identify specific document types requiring special handling, ensuring that all claims and authorizations are processed correctly and in a timely manner.
