Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our part-time team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of our call center team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Handling inbound phone calls from customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns
  • Scheduling service for truck and trailer breakdowns, as well as preventive maintenance (PM) service
  • Assisting customers with service-related questions and providing accurate information
  • Improving the quality and consistency of customer communications, ensuring customer expectations are met
  • Driving improvement of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
  • Enhancing service productivity by effectively following shift scheduling, including scheduled breaks and lunch times
  • Coordinating with on-call technicians, rental counter team, and customers' drivers and dispatch teams to identify repair requirements and available substitute units
  • Coordinating outside repair with vendors and customers
  • Effectively handling all incoming calls and follow-up calls
  • Processing customer service requests on a variety of topics, including billing, warranty, compliance paperwork, and more
  • Participating in Quality Assurance reviews to ensure high-quality customer service

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Three (3) years or more of experience in customer service with issue resolution
  • Strong customer service skills, with a demonstrated enthusiasm, great voice tone, and empathy for customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
  • Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices
  • Ability to apply effective phone skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional process changes

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and concepts
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
