What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As an Experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve inquiries and provide support
  • De-escalating issues and escalating when necessary to ensure timely and effective resolution
  • Tracking call information for auditing purposes to ensure compliance and quality
  • Providing feedback on call issues to improve processes and outcomes
  • Upselling products or services if required, while maintaining a customer-centric approach

What is Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Be at least 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
