Chat Agent Duties and Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Agent Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Using online chat and messaging services to interact with clients, answering questions, giving advice, and extending support.
- Helping clients navigate our offerings by responding to their inquiries, worries, and technical problems.
- Troubleshooting and fixing client issues, elevating complicated ones to higher support levels as needed.
- Upholding the highest standards of professionalism and good customer service manners in every encounter.
- Keeping track of all communications with customers, including the type of questions asked, the answers given, and any actions taken in response.
- Meeting or surpassing performance benchmarks for chat volume, customer satisfaction ratings, and response times.
- Maintaining current product knowledge and business policies to give customers accurate and relevant information.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful as a Live Chat Agent Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
