Job Overview

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to work remotely as a Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Systems and Data Entry Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the support and modifications of our Warehouse Management Framework, as well as serving as the local point of contact between the Data Center and Application Development departments. Your expertise will be essential in facilitating, analyzing, and implementing physical infrastructure that supports our Distribution Center, as well as administering and supporting the section of all moves/add/change requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Organization/Telecom departments and the Innovation Office to facilitate, analyze, and implement physical infrastructure that supports the Distribution Center
• Act as a liaison to Material Handling Equipment (MHE) vendors as it relates to data processing
• Work with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Systems
• Coordinate all data backups and data recovery strategies
• Serve as a point of contact between the warehouse office, WMS vendor, and MIS Department for issue resolution
• Support all data processing equipment, including printers and terminals
• Maintain LAN (Local) design
• Implement all future releases of software
• Coordinate inventory tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and report usage to MIS
• Supervise non-exempt staff
• Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security
• Monitor the performance of the system application to ensure it is ready and available to all end-users
• Manage the peripheral connections with the WMS, such as Neoware Terminals, RF Devices, and Printers
• Oversee and monitor end-user access and privileges and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
• Develop reporting tools for users to have better visibility into the WMS and Operating Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
• 2+ years of experience in a distribution environment (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience using SQL, MS-Excel, Access, and MS-Word
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management experience (a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
