Job Summary
As a Service Technician with arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our products and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include performing mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment, investigating and resolving issues with pop fountain equipment, and maintaining all refrigeration equipment in good working condition.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment as per company standards
- Investigate and resolve issues with pop fountain equipment, including troubleshooting and repair
- Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
- Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic appearance
- Remain positive, work as a team player, and create excellent customer support-oriented organizations
Essential Qualifications
* Secondary school diploma or equivalent degree/certification
- Valid driver's license
- Technical aptitude to repair machines
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays or Sundays and holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, technical services)
- Previous experience in customer support or technical services
- Knowledge of soft drink fountain equipment and refrigeration systems
- Certification in technical services or a related field
