The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to work from home in EST or CST, enjoying a better work-life balance and reduced commuting time. You will be part of a high-volume, customer service environment where efficiency, productivity, and thoroughness are essential. You will be responsible for scheduling in-home visits with physicians or nurse practitioners, answering inbound calls from members, and resolving any scheduling issues or concerns.

Primary Responsibilities

* Call members to schedule in-home visits with a physician or nurse practitioner

• Answer inbound calls from members and assist them with their inquiries
• Ensure that appointments are scheduled accurately and resolve any scheduling issues or concerns
• Work a flexible schedule that includes evening hours
• Collaborate with the team to achieve high service levels and resolve member issues

Required Qualifications

* High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1 year of work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Word (create/edit/save/send documents)
• Microsoft Excel (create/edit/save/send spreadsheets)
• Microsoft Outlook (create/edit/save/send correspondence)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift between our normal business hours of 9:00am-5:30pm local time

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the healthcare industry

• Experience working with Medicaid or Medicare
• Experience working in a customer retention-focused role

Telecommuting Requirements

* Reside within EST or CST

• Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
• Ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
• Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group-approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
• Must be able to connect directly into the internet via a hard wire (either directly to the modem or router)

Soft Skills

* Ability to type and talk at the same time while navigating through multiple screens

• Experience working in a metric-driven work environment
• Experience using an auto-dialer system

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: $16.00 - $28.27 per hour (based on local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
