Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of inbound calls regarding grocery delivery services, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Accurately enter customer data into our system, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution

Requirements

* 1+ years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with customers

  • Familiarity with Google Chrome and ability to navigate our system with ease
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high volume of calls and customer interactions
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately enter customer data and maintain accurate records

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the grocery or retail industry, with knowledge of product offerings and delivery services

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
  • Experience with data entry software and systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
