The Job
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Innovative conceptualization, making of inventive proposals, and citations
- Collaborating with key partners across various disciplines to adjust on the accounts to work through events
- Ingenious key mastermind and inventive issue solver
- Capacity to turn rapidly and keep an uplifting outlook and comical inclination

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute event strategies that align with arenaflex's brand and marketing goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging experiences for subscribers
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers
- Analyze event data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide exceptional customer support to subscribers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
Requirements
* 4+ years of experience in events management, preferably from media outlets that include making, executing, arranging, and staffing events at an organization, studio, organization, or with a brand (insight in film or TV awards campaigns is a plus)
- Self-starter who can work independently, and under pressure, while reliably practicing savvy instinct even when faced with vagueness
- Ingenious key scholar and imaginative issue solver
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience working in the Asia-Pacific district is an advantage
