Key Responsibilities:
As a Live Chat Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service experiences via live chat, phone, and email
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer complaints
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
- Adapting to changing processes and technologies to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling
- Previous customer service or chat support experience (plus a plus, but not required)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and logically
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with chat and messaging platforms
- Ability to multitask effectively and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Empathy, patience, and a customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing processes and technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
- Experience supporting luxury brand products and services
- Experience supporting home appliances
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum HS diploma, college preferred
- Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting
- Has experience supporting consumer products and/or services
