Key Responsibilities:

As a Live Chat Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service experiences via live chat, phone, and email
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer complaints
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
  • Adapting to changing processes and technologies to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling
  • Previous customer service or chat support experience (plus a plus, but not required)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and logically
  • Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with chat and messaging platforms
  • Ability to multitask effectively and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Empathy, patience, and a customer-focused attitude
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing processes and technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

* Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment

  • Experience supporting luxury brand products and services
  • Experience supporting home appliances
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum HS diploma, college preferred
  • Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting
  • Has experience supporting consumer products and/or services
