Experienced Data Entry Coordinator – Oracle Retail and SAP Ecommerce Systems

About the Role

As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems. You'll be responsible for reviewing and entering price change requests, understanding complex promotional price changes, and managing weekly price change reports. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and entering all price change requests received from merchant organizations
• Understanding data and ability to spot price change discrepancies
• Understanding complex promotional price changes and how they feed into the system
• Reviewing and entering stores submitted cost and price changes
• Reviewing and entering promotional pricing in Oracle Pricing and SAP ecommerce systems
• Working with AP to reopen POs for invoice submission
• Managing and reviewing weekly price change reports
• Assisting with ad hoc requests for item maintenance and item creation
• Additional responsibilities as required

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, or mathematics)
• 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, retail, or a similar field
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
• A strategic thinker and innovative problem solver with a proactive and self-motivated mindset
• Ability to take initiative, work in a fast-paced environment, adhere to tight deadlines, and remain calm under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with a data-driven and results-focused mentality
• Strong organization and collaboration skills
