Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of our data, ensuring seamless operations, and supporting our team's efforts to drive sustainability and waste reduction. Responsibilities

As our Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, including customer information, inventory tracking, and other administrative tasks
• Maintaining and updating our databases to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all data
• Collaborating with our team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data, and to identify areas for improvement
• Performing regular data quality checks and making corrections as needed
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed, such as data analysis and reporting
• Staying up-to-date with new systems and processes, and providing feedback to improve our operations

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Previous data entry experience, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
• A willingness to learn new systems and processes, and to adapt to changing requirements
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with our team
• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications

Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 50 words per minute
• Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and data quality
• The ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
