Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers' queries are resolved efficiently and effectively. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer queries via phone, SMS, and email, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
  • Guiding customers through website-related issues, product questions, and payment matters, ensuring that they have a seamless experience
  • Referring complex queries or complaints to the relevant department, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
  • Assisting customers with processing orders, modifying existing orders, and providing shipment details
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer complaints, queries, and resolutions in our customer support system/database

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory; higher education or a specialist diploma in customer care service will be a plus point
  • English language proficiency (written and verbal) is a must; you'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in computer use and basic skills in troubleshooting technical errors are necessary; you'll need to be comfortable using our customer support system and other tools
  • Online U.S residents are eligible to apply for this role; you'll need to have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
