Key Responsibilities As a Virtual Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: * Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. * Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our members and providers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed. * Payroll Processing: Process payroll transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payment to our employees. * Virtual Assistance: Provide administrative support to our internal teams, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and performing other tasks as needed.
