Why You'll Love This Job

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of the Installment and Digital Process team within the arenaflex Credit Association. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and handling various transactions, including direct deposits, bill payments, and budget transfers
  • Coordinating with customers, merchants, banks, and other financial institutions to resolve issues and facilitate transactions
  • Assisting various departments with fraud prevention, account requests, and related accounting record adjustments
  • Working with customers to resolve part-case or sports-related issues
  • Maintaining and adhering to rules and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA guidelines and regulations, as well as government banking laws
  • Processing contract bills, multi-record, and part-store transactions, including IRA, bankruptcy, and result tests
  • Reviewing, verifying, and approving remote deposits, mobile, ATM, and other image-enabled transactions
  • Logging, studying, and making significant GL, account changes, or returns
  • Processing Stop Pays and Check Bundling
  • Completing regular reconciliations and office closing
  • Obtaining information from customers for the proper handling of international and domestic budget transfer requests
  • Researching and verifying approaching and active budget transfer information
  • Communicating with merchants to strategize budget transfers
  • Understanding and staying up-to-date with active and approaching budget transfer laws and regulations
  • Storing investigation returns, focusing on part-again tests on draft changes, processing part-tests, avowing patrons for active budget transfers, and central bank confirming and freeing budget transfers
  • Completing regular handling of work processes related to past-due returns, supply of receipts, foreign collections, and jail charges

What You'll Need for Success

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to multiple tasks, and work as a key member of a team
  • Ability to complete numerical calculations and review transactions
  • Ability to focus on work and meet deadlines under extreme pressure
  • Ability to cross-train and complete any assigned task within the office
  • Ability to have excellent communication with all staff and donors
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Ability to self-motivate with strong business acumen and attention to detail
  • Must pass applicable arenaflex and Credit Association pre-employment compliance tests
