Job Summary:

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date sports information on arenaflex's platforms. You'll work closely with our team to ensure the precision and timeliness of data, utilizing manual and automated processes to deliver high-quality results. Your expertise in data analysis and interpretation will help us create engaging storylines and provide valuable insights to our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of sports information disseminated by arenaflex's Details and Data Gathering team

• Collaborate with team members to deliver precise and detailed breakdowns, clock-and-score, and other measurements and data in real-time to power arenaflex's various products and productions
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of arenaflex's role in fueling digital and television productions
• Conduct regular quality checks on your own work and that of others, maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Contribute to the development of new projects, initiatives, and drives across the newsroom, supporting newsroom leaders in coordinating full- and part-time staff
• Anticipate and address potential issues, both short-term and long-term, and communicate effectively with colleagues on these matters
• Play an active role in collaborating with colleagues to refine and improve production processes
• Participate in team and division meetings, actively contributing to discussions and decision-making processes
• Seek and respond to feedback on personal performance, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement
• Stay up-to-date with current office policies and procedures

Required Capabilities:

* Working knowledge of sports teams, players, and rules

• Full-time availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to quickly learn production processes that generate or maintain sports information driving arenaflex's digital and television products
• Capacity to achieve a high level of content precision in time-sensitive production environments
• Ability to communicate confidently, both verbally and in writing, with production managers and colleagues about production issues and opportunities, often in a fast-paced newsroom environment

Preferred Capabilities:

* 1+ years of experience in sports or data analysis, preferably in media

• Understanding of how sports data is used in media and research contexts
• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and productions
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
• Experience leading or training a team
• Proficiency in Spanish language (spoken and written)
• Experience leveraging social media in a business or news context

Required Education:

* High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
