Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Understanding all inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure seamless communication with customers
  • Taking all overflow inbound service calls to ensure that all calls are answered in a timely manner, providing a world-class experience to our customers
  • Assisting customers with appointment scheduling, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborating with Service Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial contact to resolution
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies, including marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates
  • Utilizing your exceptional communication skills to build rapport with customers, resolve issues, and drive sales growth

  • Proficiency in phone and computer systems, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously
