Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in supporting our Director of Support Systems, Business Technology, and other stakeholders. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for integrating business objectives into technical guides, advancing our frameworks methodology, and driving best practices across the organization. Key Responsibilities

* Integrate business objectives of partners into technical guides and advance the broader frameworks methodology to stay ahead of changing business objectives

• Lead a technical team to deliver robust frameworks that create business value
• Drive best practices across the team, as well as a culture of ownership and accountability for quality and practicality of expectations
• Lead the team to identify opportunities and move to deliver smart fixes
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive business outcomes and solve complex problems
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, guides, and procedures to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and onboarding
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of innovation

Minimum Qualifications

* 15 years of experience overseeing framework foundation planning and delivery

• 10 years of experience overseeing people, managers, and teams, as well as teaching and developing a team
• 5 years of experience on scaled and high-contact support, overseeing cross-functional partners, and utilizing core skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in business engineering, frameworks planning, frameworks coordination, data design, and solutions delivery

• Ability to use data to drive strategy and business action, communicate technical concepts to stakeholders, and influence/lead cross-functional partners
• Ability to inspire design teams to collaborate, build industry-leading engineering foundations, drive adoption, and deliver impact
• Ability to tackle complex issues and scale across an organization and distributed team
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
