Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/ About the role We are looking for a motivated and performance-oriented Junior to Mid-Level User Acquisition Specialist to join one of Ruby Labs’ fastest-growing tech products. This is an opportunity for marketing managers with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta who are eager to grow and learn within a high-performing growth team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct creative research for Meta campaigns across multiple regions.
- Testing new ideas and hypotheses for maximizing results.
- Analyze campaign performance hourly/daily/weekly/monthly + flagging key trends or anomalies.
- Track and manage the Meta source.
- Campaign optimization based on CPA & ROAS results.
- Collaborate with team members on campaign execution and planning.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience managing Meta Ads.
- Experience managing monthly budgets of $100k+.
- Familiarity with conversion campaigns.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Solid understanding of marketing terminology.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience managing high advertising budgets.
- Experience with Snapchat, Pinterest, Rich Ads, Reddit, Quora, and X (formerly Twitter).
Location Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
