They are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to provide technical support and enhance customer satisfaction while working in a fully remote team environment.

• CSS/HTML Experience
• Domain DNS Configuration, including email records like SPF and DMARC
• Basic understanding of webhooks and APIs
• Error troubleshooting through browser tools like the console and network traffic
• If you have real estate or photography industry experience, even better!
• Looking for applicants in Spokane or the surrounding area

• The ability to jump on video conference calls at a moment's notice
