Transfers Service Representative

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to financial institutions to confirm and update the status of account transfer requests
- Document all interactions and updates accurately in internal systems
- Escalate issues or delays to the appropriate team for resolution
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to compliance standards during all communications
Skills
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Completed Post Secondary Education or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in financial services or call center environment is an asset
