Inside Sales/Account Manager (Sports Programming)

Premium Sports Broadcasting, Inc is Canada’s leading provider of specialty live sports programming for commercial establishments. They are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales/Account Manager to work with bar, pub, and restaurant owners across Canada to deliver the best sporting events and packages.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers across the country to deliver the sales of our pay-per-view sporting events, programming and channels
  • Understand customers’ needs and recommend the most appropriate solutions that would optimize value for both the customer and Premium Sports
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue, activity and sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong and professional relationships with our customer base
  • Prepare sales contracts and other documents promptly and accurately by following set standards, procedures and processes
  • Act as key point of contact for customers, identify service requirements on an ongoing basis, follow up and resolve customer queries
  • Stay current with product knowledge around the most exciting sporting events

Skills

  • You are fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking)
  • You are self-motivated, results-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at a time
  • You have awesome relationship building skills and love the rush of closing a sale
  • You are great at making both cold and warm calls
  • You can learn, retain and convey product knowledge
  • You bring excellent customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve and follow-up
  • You are comfortable using a computer, including Microsoft Office and internet browsers, and can learn new programs/systems as needed
  • French is a GREAT asset
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • A passion for sports
