Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our applicants through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively, while also providing a positive and empathetic experience for our customers. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to all inbound inquiries from applicants in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing technical assistance to applicants to help them complete their applications
  • Navigating our computerized system to respond to and troubleshoot applicant questions
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of all arenaflex application programs to provide expert support
  • Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutions to improve our processes
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a unique combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here are some of the key qualifications we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work well with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new challenges
  • Ability to work with a high volume of activity, including phone, email, and chat
  • Bilingual abilities preferred, with proficiency in English and one or more additional languages (e.g. Chinese (Mandarin), Spanish)
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Availability to work a 6 am-3 pm schedule, with flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed
  • U.S. work authorization required
