Your Role as a Virtual Chat Support Representative
As a Virtual Chat Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers through live chat, responding to their queries, and offering thoughtful recommendations to enhance their shopping experience
- Working shifts totaling 7 hours per day, logging into our Shopify platform to interact directly with customers in real-time
- Providing product knowledge and expertise to customers, helping them navigate our website or mobile app
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements and Qualifications
