Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our plan members, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll work from home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the opportunity to balance your priorities in and outside of work. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

  • Provide personalized support to customers, helping them navigate their pharmacy benefit plans and making recommendations to simplify their healthcare experience
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns and issues in a positive and productive manner
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
