About the Role
As a Member Experience Operator, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our members and helping them navigate the healthcare system. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and helpful information about our services and benefits
- Building strong relationships with members and stakeholders
- Meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve member experience
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of experience in a customer service-related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to pass a background check
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills, highly desired ( immediate $1 per hour bump in pay)
