Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our valued clients at the American Express Centurion Lounge, located at the IAH Airport. You will be the face of arenaflex to our clients, serving as a brand ambassador and providing personalized support to meet their unique needs and preferences. Your primary goal will be to create unforgettable experiences for our clients, building loyalty and driving long-term relationships with arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet and welcome clients upon arrival at the lounge, providing a warm and personalized experience

  • Take ownership of the client's experience from start to finish, ensuring seamless and efficient service
  • Develop creative solutions to resolve client issues or concerns, building trust and loyalty
  • Utilize the Client's First approach to address client needs and expectations, providing attentive and proactive support
  • Offer personalized recommendations for food, beverages, and travel arrangements
  • Collaborate with food and beverage partners to meet client requirements and exceed their expectations
  • Provide travel advice and make reservations as needed
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities

Essential Qualifications

* At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a luxury or high-end setting

  • Experience in a reservation or travel industry setting is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on proactive problem-solving and creative solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Ability to listen attentively to client needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and solutions
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in web-based systems and ability to adapt to new technology
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift light to moderate weights for specific tasks

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role at a luxury or high-end brand

  • Knowledge of travel industry trends and best practices
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
