Key Responsibilities:
As an Enterprise Data Storage Administrator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and maintaining our data storage conditions, ensuring the highest level of data security and integrity
- Executing and maintaining enterprise backup and data assurance strategies
- Proficiently managing and monitoring reporting stages and software
- Executing storage plan methods, based on industry principles and best practices
- Collaborating and communicating with application, database, server, and other technology groups on engineering and design choices, to ensure suitable storage technology and design
- Demonstrating strong organizational skills to adapt and prioritize tasks in a constantly changing work environment
- Contributing clear and concise documentation for both daily and ad-hoc tasks
- Providing specialized support and guidance on complex tasks such as installation, setup, and backup/restore activities for all systems
- Performing code updates and security patching to maintain the health of storage systems
- Applying general knowledge of Windows/Linux operating system concepts to interact with different stages effectively
Essential Qualifications:
* General knowledge of data storage or related field(s)
- Shown expertise in virtualization solutions
- Hands-on experience working with hardware (Servers, LAN/SAN Switches, storage, etc.)
- Familiarity with current and cutting-edge data security technologies
- Knowledge of NAS concepts and protocols (CIFS, NFS, and S3)
- Operating system framework organization skills (both Linux and Windows)
- VMWare concepts and organization

Education:
* Four-year degree from a certified school in Software Engineering or a related discipline (a combination of training, work experience, and education may be considered)
