Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Clerk / Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, handling a wide range of tasks, and working closely with our team to ensure seamless execution. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

* Place outbound customer contacts, follow-up emails to customers, and respond to basic inquiries

  • Update and maintain customer call data source, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles
  • Manage support; profile page creation/updating
  • Filing, Information access, and Document production
  • Create and update customer service issue tickets
  • Support in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer assistance process and manage unique management ventures, in addition to overflow work from teams including word-processing, data entry, and Internet research jobs
  • Manage the business's lobby area: Greet and direct all visitors, merchants, clients, work applicants, and customers. Straight and seat all visitors to their appointed offices and conference room and alert staff members of their arrival/appointment
  • General office roles feature but are not limited to submitting, data access, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task job
  • Responsible for checking out supply products

Essential Qualifications

* Work Remotely

  • MS Office Suite proficient
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to follow guidelines and company policies to perform critical work functions
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities
  • Energetic and focused with the skills to multi-task and prioritize requests
  • Higher interest to particular and sturdy organizational skills are required
  • Problem-solving capacities; lively, centered, and capable to multitask
  • Have the potential to partner with minimum oversight and solve internal concerns

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customer support or a related field

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
