Job Summary
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our databases. You'll be responsible for collecting information from employees, customers, and other departments, and entering it into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with employees within the company and customers to collect information
- Capturing data into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner
- Identifying and correcting errors, and swiftly bringing them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary
- Gathering reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients
- Scanning through information to identify pertinent information
- Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing
- Creating accurate spreadsheets
- Entering and updating information into relevant databases
- Ensuring data is backed up
- Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered
- Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval
- Handling additional duties from time to time
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma
- 1+ years of experience in a relevant field
- Good command of English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed
- Proficient touch typing skills
