Job Overview

The Senior Director, Global Head of Adversarial Abuse and Analytics will lead the charge in identifying and mitigating adversarial abuse, driving data-driven insights, and informing strategic decision making at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Adversarial Abuse team in identifying and eliminating malicious actors, including account takeovers, spam, engagement abuse, and evading termination
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to detect and prevent adversarial abuse, leveraging machine learning and data analytics techniques
• Collaborate with the Policy Development team to create policies using account, social, and content signals to describe malicious behavior
• Deliver effective and efficient operational performance, including quality, service levels, and talent management, in a global team working 24×7
• Manage accelerations with tight timelines, providing data-driven insights and implementing policies while building relationships with key cross-functional partners
• Stay up-to-date with emerging industry trends, including generative AI, and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mathematics, engineering, computer science)
• 4+ years of experience in risk management, fraud detection, and data analysis
• 2+ years of experience working with engineering teams to develop and deploy machine learning models
• 2+ years of experience leading teams with the ability to work non-standard hours as accelerations require
• Strong understanding of data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling
• Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., mathematics, engineering, computer science)
• 2+ years of experience in analysis of large datasets and anomaly detection
• Experience or demonstrated interest in anti-abuse activities
