About the Role

In this exciting role, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, engaging directly with pet parents who reach out to us for a variety of reasons. As a remote employee, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, providing top-notch support and solutions to our customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your primary goal will be to "wow" our customers with your exceptional service, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with pharmacy customers to address their queries, concerns, and issues, providing personalized solutions and support.
  • Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, following up as needed to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer experiences, thinking critically and creatively to provide innovative solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolve customer issues promptly.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in the pet care or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide innovative solutions to customer issues.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to work overtime as needed.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a passion for providing empathetic and personalized support.
  • Ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently.
  • Knowledge of pet care or pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards.
