What You'll Do
- Engaging directly with customers to understand their needs and concerns
- Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers
- Following up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and they're satisfied with the outcome
- Going above and beyond to wow our customers with exceptional service and care
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to multi-task, think critically, and problem-solve
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and be available to work overtime as needed
- Able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
- A strong commitment to being your best self and delivering exceptional customer experiences
