Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack IT Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Entering, updating, and verifying data accurately and efficiently
- Troubleshooting technical issues, including hardware and software problems
- Providing expert assistance to clients via phone, email, or remote support
- Conducting site visits to investigate issues and introduce or update equipment and software
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions and technical issues
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Obligations
As a member of our remote team, you'll be expected to:
- Respond to client care demands and resolve technical assistance issues in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and concerns
- Investigate technical issues by gathering information, researching online resources, and collaborating with internal teams
- Conduct site visits to investigate issues and introduce or update equipment and software
- Follow up with clients to confirm issues were resolved and provide additional support as needed
- Complete service orders to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
Capabilities
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Windows (client/server) and experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Apparition, Symantec, and other Internet browsers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Experience with data entry and record-keeping systems
- Familiarity with project management tools and software
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with SPLUS, ETPS2, and E2K project systems
- Knowledge of email and working frameworks
- Familiarity with printing and installation procedures
- Experience with remote desktop applications and dynamic catalogs
- Strong understanding of password management and data security best practices
